MetroMate Bengaluru is provided by Xcape Reality Private Limited as a free offline metro route planning app for Bengaluru.
Information We Collect
MetroMate Bengaluru does not require an account and does not ask you to submit personal information. The app stores recent routes, favorites, language preference, and active journey state on your device so the app can work smoothly.
Location
If you allow location permission, MetroMate Bengaluru uses your device location to estimate the nearest metro station. This calculation is performed on your device using offline station coordinates. Your location is not sent to our servers by MetroMate Bengaluru. GPS can be inaccurate, so the app may show the wrong nearest station when the signal is weak.
Offline Data
Metro routes, station coordinates, fares, and map data are bundled inside the app for offline use. Some data is approximate and should be verified before important travel decisions.
Third Parties
MetroMate Bengaluru does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking SDKs. App stores and operating systems may process information according to their own privacy policies when you download, install, or update the app.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We do not share app usage or location data with advertisers or data brokers.
Children
MetroMate Bengaluru is a general travel utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
